Liberec, 1st October – The Organisers of the 2011 EYOWF have recently contacted the Members of the EOC asking them to submit preliminary entries by numbers within mid October. Next years Festival in the Liberec Region expects to host 1500 participants from 49 countries, and some countries have actually already sent in their entries. The fastest  to respond was the NOC of Romania, which registered 46 athletes, followed by the Czech Republic with102 and Switzerland with101.

“The” EYOF Cook – Apart from top sporting performances at the 2011 Festival, the participants can also look forward to an unusual gourmet experience, as the OC has indeed appointed Czech cooking star and catering expert Ond?ej Slanina as Catering Manager. Famed for his TV series “Boys in action” and his numerous cookery books, he will be offering plenty of tasty and original dishes and treats.
