At the 2017 GSSE, which opens in four days time in the small and ancient Republic of San Marino, Archery will be on the sports programme for the first time.

All archery competitions will be held at the Fonte dell’Ovo sports field, from Tuesday 30 May to Friday 2 June, and will include both curved and compound, in individual and team events. The team events are only for men, but women will still play their part in the mixed team.

To help sports addicts follow the forthcoming Games of the Small States of Europe more closely, a free San Marino 2017 App is available on iOS and Android devices. It allows sports fans to locate facilities, hotels, and points of interest, and is synchronized with the transport system and Google maps.

The App will also be synched with the news section of website – www.sanmarino2017.sm , and directly with the timing system for results, medals, and start lists.

The App will go online when the San Marino 2017 GSSE opens next 29 May and welcomes teams from the 9 countries of Europe with less than one million inhabitants. The event ends on 3 June.
