For its first time in France, the Olympic Festival will be held from February 10 to 24 at Grenoble Sports Palace, the Olympic City celebrating this year the 50th anniversary of Winter Olympic Games.

The Olympic Festival is an innovative idea recently launched by the IOC. It is thought to promote at the local level the Winter and Summer Olympic Games, by means of events organized by the National Olympic Committees (NOCs).

The event, which takes place in Grenoble in collaboration with the French NOC, is free for everybody and offers an «Olympic fan zone», a must-see place which enables people to share the experience of the Winter Olympic Games, to follow the events of PyeongChang 23rd Winter Olympic Games, to meet champions from yesterday and today as well as to find out and try many different sports.

The Olympic Festival is open to athletes or sports amateurs, young fans or avid supporters, winter or summer sports lovers, everyone is happily welcomed.
