Dublin, February 12, 2016 – President Patrick Hickey welcomed his colleague and friend Sheikh Ahmed Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, President of ANOC at the Olympic Council of Ireland’s Headquarters, on his way to Norway.

ANOC President , who was accompanied by his assistant Husain Al Musallam, General Director of the Olympic Council of Asia, came to visit NOC of Ireland to conduct meetings with his colleague on the ANOC Executive Council, Patrick Hickey, Senior Vice President.    OCI 2nd Vice President John Delaney participated in the discussions on topical olympic issues.

Sheikh Al Sabah and Hickey then departed for Lillehammer, to attent the 2nd Winter Youth Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.
