In a statement to the press during the XXI ANOC general assembly, EOC acting president Janez Kocijančič said that in the turbulent times for the international Olympic and sport movement we are experiencing today it is important to restore its credibility.

The best way to do this, says Kocijančič, is through the Rule of Law, adding that this loads sports scientists and lawyers with an enormous challenge. In this respect he said his expectations from the IASL () congress in Sochi next November 17-19th are very high, wishing them a productive meeting.
