The EOC leadership gathers in Planica, Slovenia to attend the exciting FIS Ski Jumping World Cup on 22-24 March.
EOC President Janez Kocijančič, who is also Vice President of the International Ski Federation (FIS), has invited his European colleagues to his home country Slovenia to enjoy one of the most attractive sports events in Europe in 2019.
EOC Secretary General Raffaele Pagnozzi, along with EOC Executive Board Members Zlatko Matesa and Spyros Capralos, and NOC of Ukraine President Sergey Bubka were amongst the honourable guests in attendance.
The Slovenian venue is to stage three days of men’s action, while Chaikovsky (Russia) hosts the final two women’s competitions on 23-24 March.
Planica, which also hosted the first ever flying World Cup Competition in 1972, will see the best world jumpers flying on a 102-meter hill.
