It is with profound sadness that the EOC learns of the loss of Siniša Kisic, the Vice-President of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A former volleyball player, Siniša passed away at the age of 66 in Brcko, Bosnia and Herzegovina on 7 May 2020.

A long-lasting sports passionate and a great friend of the Olympic movement of Europe, he will be always remembered for the great contribution he gave to the success of EYOF Sarajevo & East Sarajevo 2019, as well as for his unwavering commitment to promoting the role of sport in the society. In everything he did, his great passion for sport always shone through.

The EOC expresses its deepest sympathy and solidarity to the NOC of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
