Having served as the President of the Portuguese NOC since 2013, Constantino played a pivotal role in the development and promotion of sports in Portugal. His leadership and vision were instrumental in strengthening the Olympic Movement within the country, fostering the growth of athletes, and ensuring their successful participation in international competitions.
