Tickets for the European Youth Olympic Festival Baku 2019 are now on sale through EYOF Baku 2019 official website and iTicket

EYOF Baku Operations Committee announced it today, 10 June saying that 146,000 tickets are available. Prices for the Opening Ceremony vary from 10 AZN (5€) to 15 AZN (8€), while for the Closing Ceremony start from 5 AZN and go up to 10 AZN. Both events will be held at Baku Crystal Hall.

Whereas tickets for all sport sessions will be free of charge and can be booked on the official website.

“Reasonable prices were set for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies as well as a free-of-charge policy for the sport sessions,” Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Republic Azad Rahimov noted. “This will help increase interest from local and international fans in the EYOF.”

The event will feature seven days of competition in 10 sports including wrestling, tennis, basketball, handball, swimming, volleyball, cycling, athletics, artistic gymnastics, judo. The 12 competition venues involved are all pre-existing facilities, ensuring the sustainability of the Olympic Agenda 2020. Wrestling will join the EYOF programme for the first time this year.

Some 3,600 athletes and team officials are expected to take part in Baku 2019, along with 2,500 volunteers.
