ISRAEL’S OLYMPIC DAY RUN

Tel Aviv, 11th November – Mr. Igal Carmi, President of the Olympic Committee of Israel, launched on Friday November 8 the 2013 the Olympic Day Run which was held at the Safari in the City of Ramat Gan.

About 3,500 people participated in the Run, among them 1,500soldiers, school and kindergartenchildren. The competitive track was over a distance of 8 km, the populartrack2kilometers and a track for the kindergartens children who wanted to run 200meters.

President Carmi announced that he will participate in the next Olympic Day Run and thus became the first enrolled for this event.
