There is now more time for photo fans to participate in the Run for Art 2017 global contest organised by the Onesti Foundation, a CONI not-for-profit organization the purpose of which is to promote sports values and culture.

The deadline by when to send in photos has now been put off to 30th September 2017.Young photographers between the ages of 18 and 35 from all over the world, be they amateur, professionals and students, are invited to participate with their works inspired by several contexts, seeking a connection between art and sport in one of the 5 proposed categories: 1. Africa 2. America 3. Asia 4. Europe 5. Oceania.

In cooperation with the Italian Olympic Committee, a selection of 8 entries for each category will go on to the final phase, these 40 photos being then exhibited in museums that join the initiative. This year the organisers hope to have the inaugural exhibition in New York.
