JOINT MEETING OF 3 OLYMPICS ORGANISERS

PyeongChang, February 8, 2016 – for the first time, the Organizing Committees for the 2018, 2020 and 2022 Olympic & Paralympic Summer and Winter Games met together in PyeongChang, South Korea last Saturday.

As the hosts of three consecutive Olympic and Paralympic Games, the three Organizing Committees discussed cooperation and collaboration in an effort to advance the vision of the Olympic Movement in Asia.
ANOC Secretary General Gunilla Lindberg attended the discussions as IOC Coordination Commission Chair for PyeongChang 2018.

The visiting Organizing Committees were in PyeongChang for the 2016 Audi FIS Ski World Cup at the Jeongseon Alpine Centre, the first of 28 international test events in preparation for the 2018 Winter Games in PyeongChang.
