Minsk, April 28, 2016 – The EOC Olympic Games Commission held its annual meeting in Minsk, Belarus, on 21 April, invited by its chair George Katulin.

The Members – Martin Doktor (CZE), Jeroen Bijl (NED), Bjorn Sigurd Sommerfeldt (NOR), Adam Krzesi?ski (POL), Victor Fonseca Da Mota (POR), Eros Bologna (SMR) and EOC Athlete representative Alessandra Sensini (ITA) – met at the NOC headquarters.

The First Vice President of the NOC of Belarus Maxim Rizhenkov came to wish the participants a productive meeting.
Discussions focused on topical issues linked to futures Olympics and in particular the fast approaching Rio Olympic Games.
In the same days, a delegation from the EOC Rome secretariat also visited the NOC to establish closer contacts with their counterparts in view of the EOC annual general assembly scheduled in Minsk at the end of October. They met Secretary General Anatoly Kotov and his staff and were fully satisfied with their great commitment. All EOC meetings in Minsk are expected to be a true organizational success.
